On Friday we learned at the doctor’s that Alice is now 26 inches long! She weighs 14 lbs, 11oz, almost double what she weighed when she was born.
She’s now laughing, almost rolling over, holds her neck upright by herself, can sit up straight in her Bumbo chair, reaches for toys and is starting to put them in her mouth, smiles at everyone, and she’s mastered two vowel sounds now – aahs and ooos. She’s constantly smiling and constantly moving – kicking, grabbing, and talking to us.
